Under the Women & Child Development Department, our program is dedicated to protecting women and children who are victims of domestic violence. We ensure a safe and secure environment, to support for those in need. Our services include free legal aid for domestic violence victims and women in distress, empowering them to seek justice and regain control over their lives. With a compassionate approach, we strive to create a community where every individual feels safe, valued, and supported.

Thanal Women in Distress
Thanal Women in Distress (Since 2018), is a program dedicated to supporting women under the age of 55 who are facing difficult situations such as abuse, abandonment, or severe hardships. We provide a safe space where these women can receive shelter, emotional support, healthcare, legal assistance, and other essential services. Our goal is to empower women in distress, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity, safety, and hope for a better future.

Thanal Domestic Violence Shelter Home and Service Providing Centre (Since 2018) is dedicated to supporting and protecting women and children who are survivors of domestic violence, under the guidance of the Women and Child Development Department. We ensure a safe and secure environment for victims, addressing both their immediate and long-term needs. Our services include providing shelter, offering emotional support, meeting basic needs, and offering free legal advice and assistance. Our mission is to empower women and children, helping them rebuild their lives with safety, dignity, and hope.
